$35.00 SALE Miklos Borsos (1906-1990) Etching – Net Fishing at Sunrise , signed B.M. 1964

With just a few minimal lines, the artist Hungarian Miklos Borsos was able to capture the serene peace of a man fishing at dawn. Measuring 18 1/2“ x 14 1/2“ this rather large etching is signed and titled Miklos Borsos by the artist in pencil on the bottom edge of the work. Inside the plate it is signed ”B.M. 1964”.

Presently the artwork is glued at the top to a cardboard backing. Your framer should be able to clean and frame this piece nicely.

Please see all of the photos as they are part of the description.

SALE!! Amazing vtg Crabs in a Net intricate soapstone carving

I’ve never seen another like it! Measuring 8-1/2” long by 7” wide, this intricately carved soapstone sculpture depicts two crabs in a net. The soapstone is dark green, the condition is excellent however there are two natural fault lines in the piece that can be seen in the last two photographs where I have drawn arrows. The natural fault lines do not detract from the look or the stability of the item. Stand included.

Check it out here on Etsy.

$35.00 SALE! Miklos Borsos (1906-1990) Etching – Net Fishing at Sunrise , signed B.M. 1964

You can't go wrong at this price. Good for someone just starting out.

No frame means cheap to ship. Put it under a cheap piece of plexi till you can afford a nice frame.
