In remarkably great condition this Mercury glass Butler’s ball was made by Chas. F. Zeller of Morgantown West Virginia. The base is checkerboard black glass. The full item stands almost 5 inches tall.
This is one of two Butler’s balls I have up for sale in the store. I believe they were in storage for a very long time as the condition is excellent. They even have the original F.W. Woolworth company tag on the bottom. Please see the photographs as they are part of the full description.

These glass balls were originally intended so the butler could be attentive to your table full of guests without staring at the table.
