Done by artist Kathy Hodge of Rhode Island, this distorted view of a cityscape is titled "Shepherd Arch West”.
Done in charcoal & gouache. The artwork is set in a thin edged mat that measures 19” x 25”.
The matted artwork is wrapped in its original plastic.
I believe the artwork comes from the 1980s.
