Antique Pair of Japanese Seto Ware Tobacco Leaf Plates

Handsome, well potted pair of dinner sized plates.  Lovely balanced design. Nice shading of the enamels. Approximately 9.5" in diameter.  One plate has a chip on the rim - see photos. Wash wear. Wear to gilding. No utensil marks.  Very good condition. Very cheerful image.  They would look beautiful hung on a wall. See them in our eBay shop here.
