Measuring 19“ x 23“ at the outside of the frame, this lovely painting of a silhouette sky scape on Cape Cod at dusk is a real beauty. Painted by Vivien Oswell, A known painter on Cape Cod. Gorgeous.

A lovely wide almost panoramic painting of the marshy edge of the seashore with a boat. Painted by known Cape Cod painter Vivian Oswell it is a Long almost panoramic picture, painted on a Lucite plastic panel,(I like the surface it gave the painting.) 

Measuring 34 inches long by 16 inches wide around the frame.

I suspect this was framed in the 80s, and the fabric mat around it has some light areas of discoloration that might scrub out - not extremely apparent but I mention it for a thoroughness. Please excuse my shadow in the picture.
