Antique Egyptian Revival Damascene Snuff Box c1910 is in good condition. A hinged and footed Egyptian revival damascene trinket box or snuff box has seen use and has areas of wear and discoloration. The hinge has come loose but is stable and works.  Approximately 2 in long and 1 1/ 2 in wide and 1 in tall. Features Egyptian gods, hieroglyphics and other popular symbols. Handsome porcelain shard vanity box is in very good condition.

Nicely tooled silver washed copper with ornate sides and an interior mirror. 

Wishing good luck and long life with bats and a longevity symbol.

Transfer decorated in rich, inky cobalt blue.  

Approximately 2 inches in diameter, it is perfect for trinkets, baubles, snuff, prized jewelry or gifts.

I believe this was purchased from Honolulu Academy of Arts Museum shop in the 1970's along with several other boxes I was 

fortunate enough to acquire.

Vintage Chinese Boy Buffalo Trinket Shard Box Silver Wash Copper

 

Handsome porcelain shard vanity box is in very good condition.

Nicely tooled silver washed copper with ornate sides and the lid has a mirror inside.

This features a hand painted scene of a boy riding a water buffalo across water. Unusual.

Approximately 2 inches in diameter it is perfect for trinkets, baubles, snuff, prized jewelry or gifts.

I believe this was purchased from Honolulu Academy of Arts Museum shop in the 1970's 

along with several other boxes I was 

fortunate enough to acquire.

Vintage Chinese Affluent Woman Trinket Shard Box Silver Wash Over Copper from  the Academy Shop Honolulu. It is in very good condition. The shard was hand painted and features a well to do woman with butterfly hair  comb and earrings. Ornate metal work. Approximately 2 1/2 inches in diameter, it is perfect for trinkets, baubles, snuff, prized jewelry or gifts. I believe this was purchased from Honolulu Academy of Arts Museum shop in the 1970's along with several other boxes I was  fortunate enough to acquire.  This box comes with it's note as to the porcelain shard's origins from the Academy Shop.
