19th c French Motto Politically Charged Chamber Pot McNICOL POTTERY Co Liverpool Ohio ENDS TODAY!

1800's chamber pot has been cold painted with a message of some sort of political discord but I am unsure about what.

The motto is written in French and I have taken a picture of the translation.
The surnames around the sides of the pot may be from the East Liverpool, Ohio region but I am unsure what it all means. Maybe something to do with the region's potteries?
The French translates to, "The one who burns his right behind sits on bells?
I am hoping you know what it all means and offer this at auction for your consideration.
This semi granite pot has a painted over chip on the top rim, all over crazing, wear to the cold paint and typical manufacturing flaws.
The bold red, white, blue and black colors are very eye-catching.
It's a real curiosity.

Last chance

David Anderson sterling silver historic Viking abstract serpent brooch

A fascinating work by David Anderson from the 1960s, this brooch is a saga copy of an ancient Viking cloak pin. Made in Norway it is copied from a design created in 1000 A.D. And I believe would be suitable for both sexes. The pin measures 1 5/8” x 1 1/2”. Signed on the back, it’s in excellent vintage condition.

Eilat Stone

Chrysocolla is an greatly colored copper mineral. Its shade can be among the strongest colors of natural blue gems. Chrysocolla’s attractive, stunning blue-green shade is often mistakenly confuse for turquoise because they share many visual resemblances. It can often be found intermingled with malachite, and azurite, creating a wonderful mixed diamond known as Eilat stone.
Eilat Stone derives its name from the city of Eilat where it was once mined, it is a green-blue inhomogeneous mixture of several secondary copper minerals including malachiteazuriteturquoisepseudomalachitechrysocolla. The Eilat stone is the National stone of Israel, and is also known as the King Solomon Stone.
