Victorian Novelty 800 Silver Miniature Sedan Chair Dance Card Box

A rare late Victorian novelty silver miniature playing card or dance card box modeled in the form of a Sedan Chair. Hinged domed lid and each panel chased and embossed with intricate repousse scroll work. Vacant caroutche windows to the front and sides. Hallmarked on the bottom with a crowned N, 800 continental Hanau silver. About a 140 years old. Measures 2-1/2" tall, 2-3/4" long and 1" wide.

Antique 19th Century Palaska Cartridge Box Authentic Greek or Ottoman

The back of the box has a belt attachment . These boxes contained ready-made paper covered ball and powder cartridges.

This deeply worked piece shows an uncommon mastery of metal work on every square inch of the surface.

Taking into consideration its age, upwards of 140 years old, it’s in amazing vintage condition. It has three loops on the bottom of the box. The adornments that hung there are missing.

Measures 3-1/4” square by 1-3/8 wide.

Pre War German Putti Child Fine Porcelain Lamp Beautiful Detail

The overall measurements of the lamp is 18 inches tall to the top of the harp. The measurements of the ceramic base is 10 inches tall. There’s no chips or cracks or crazing on this absolutely beautiful little baby boy putti. The attention to detail in the painting and glazing of this remarkable piece is really spectacular. The lamp depicts a cherubic child carrying a pair of baskets.
The fixture seems to work fine the lamp needs to be rewired.

By Barker and Ellis, this beautiful heavyweight, silver-plate, ornate compote dish, stands 5 inches tall by 8 inches in diameter. The underside is marked with the number 46 and the word England.
